Framer Template for Product UX Designer

I'm a motivated and outgoing designer with an interest in user interaction, research, and sustainable design. I have a passion for art, and working with others, and have proven dependability along with strong problem-solving skills that can be shown through my work, different collaborations, and leadership roles.

What I do when I am not working

When not working on projects, I can be found swimming at the pool, spending time outdoors/traveling, or learning how to make something new. Here are some fun facts about me!

  • Hands-on/DIY projects are my favorite thing to do in my free time.

  • I have been swimming competitively since 4th grade and am still swimming (over 13 years)!

  • I am also into collecting and making small things (see Bug Car as an example).

  • Photography has been a hobby of mine since I started high school, and especially enjoy photographing nature and traveling.

Personal Projects

Bug Car, 2022

Bug Car is a small 3D printed Volkswagen Beetle with the dimensions of 2" x 1" x 1", and is painted with acrylic paint. Bug Car was a projects combined with my love for photography and interest in little and miniature things. This project was based on the streets of Denton where it is common t have large holes, dips, or cracks in the roads and sidewalks due to construction. I placed Bug Car in and around them to both an exaggeration of their size while also making it seem like a whole new realm for something as a bug- like Bug Car.

Paper Crane Series, 2021

Paper Crane Series is a 3-part multimedia process that stemmed from an interest in origami I had when I was younger with emphasis on "process" as you create something- like a paper crane. It explores photography, drawing, and building of a physical form. I started the process by photographing a white paper crane I had folded from sketchbook paper with the black notebook spirals and a black background. Building on the image I drew the origami process instructions in a diamond shape with different line weights to create a sense of movement. Finally, I created a hanging spiral piece as a physical representation to emphasis process and showing both the construction and deconstruction of a paper crane.
